Tuna Salad

My Wife’s Favorite way to make Tuna Salad:

2 cans tuna in water

2 hard boiled eggs

1/2 bell pepper (if large, whole if small)

1/2 onion (if large, whole if small)

1 stalk celery

mustard (to taste)

Chop and mix all in a bowl! Serve on wheat bread or wheat crackers!

Quick, easy and healthy (thrifty too).
